So i will!
Today, i am 11!!!!! weeks pregnant. I saw the midwife last week and didnt like her, so i am just gonna use my OB/GYN who is a sweetie pie. The only good thing about the midwife was that she didnt force me into anything.. she was like "So first trimester screening....." and we were like "nope" she said ok good cause there are no indications in me or DF's history that we should have any testing done (although they are running a special genetic DNA lupus test on me to see if i am a carrier). Then, she goes "and the flu shot for you?" i say "Nope" and she said thats fine.
I am still suffering from all-day sickness, although I have my Zofran (

) and it seems to help for the most part. It helps a little too well in the #2 department thus causing constipation which i have to clear up every few days with Senokot-S (my midwife suggested every 3 days i take a senokot so long as i am on Zofran) it seems to help some. I don't have any other symptoms at all. I'm definely more hungry then usual, and my boobs grew to enourmous proportions (From a 36C to a 38C/D depending on the bra..sports bra's i need a 40) and DF loves the new clevage. My belly button is going to pop out VERY soon -- i can see the bottom already and i'd say in another month it'll pop out (i have a very short belly button). Other then that -- DF says pregnancy has made my emotions "more stable" (

)
I went from 128 to 134 pounds during the whole IVF process, and i've since then gained 4 pounds in the first trimester and am up to 138. I've gained 10 pounds since the begining of October. My pants don't fit, i am generally in pj pants, work scrubs and if i really need to go out, maternity pants.
No baby movements yet -- but i have a tilted uterus so i don't expect to feel anything for a bit yet. My last progesterone count 1.5 weeks ago was over 200 and i came off all the progesterone suppliments (Hooray!). I'm all graduated from the RE, and I go back to the OB in February at just about 16 weeks, where we are HOPING to be able to sneak a peak at baby and see if we are having a hot-dog or hamburger :-)
I decided to leave graduate school cause we need the $$$. I need to work full-time. I managed straight A's though in my first semester. Oh well, i can always go back later!
Now, as for my wedding..... Its this month!!!

Its in 22 days to be exact! 3 weeks from tomorrow!
We didnt run into many problems.. just a few... first the tux's got all messed up - people were being charged the wrong price, they were telling everyone they were wearing the same thing as the groom (not right!) so we had to march down there to fix that and we did. They were charging people an extra 5 dollars to rent SOCKS. Im like -- ok... now i am SURE my friends have a pair of black socks. So i saved them all another 5 dollars. Then they were telling my father i picked out something for him (i didnt) and that he HAD to wear what i picked. That was a drama because i didnt pick anything for him!!!! The lovely manager got everything settled for us.
2nd problem was my dress. I bought it in May before we even KNEW about IVF or horrible MFI issues so it was a size 6. I can tell you, i am no longer a size 6. Im not even sure how i was a size 6 to begin with. Anywho, last weekend i had my alterations appointment for the first time (had to wait till the last minute since im still growing!) and they were telling me that if the dress didnt fit id have to pick out a new dress. Ohhh was a furious. I spoke with the manager at davids bridal and she was like "Ohh just exchange it for a larger size!" So, i am now in a size 12!!!! dress all cause of my belly. They are working on the hem and bustle first, and are going to do the bust this sunday, and at my final fitting the week before, they are gonna work on the tummy area (if it needs to get let out) and ta-da! Wedding dress! Phew!!
3rd problem was with my SIL. She bought her BM dress 6 sizes too big because she was anticipating being pregnant. She was pregnant, but at 5 weeks was diagnosed with an ectopic and lost her baby abd tube. (She is now unfortunatly suffering from a major depression and wont do anything about it) DB was giving her the run around about her dress, telling her there was nothing they could do..... alternations would be more then the dress and it wouldnt look like the dress, etc etc. She was upset telling me "oh well, guess you'll just be down a bridesmaid" but the manager again, managed to find a workable size for her in the right dress and color and had it express shipped in the next day. Ta da! Another issue fixed!
We still have a bit to do for the wedding, but not much. Everything else is dotting i's and crossing t's!
We planned all our cruise excersions, spa day on the boat is booked! My bachelorette party is a spa day with my girls -- im getting a 1 hour prenatal massage! Ahhhh! I need it cause my sciatica is already acting up!
Heres my latest belly this morning at 11 weeks:
