So although I may be the slackest ever in the area of taking belly photos, here is the 38 weeks and 2 days shot:

My only stretch marks are two small ones on my butt, which is good b/c they'll still be covered in a bathing suit. However, since I have between now and approx three weeks to go (please don't let me be overdue), there is no telling how many more are going to show up. It's amazing how much are bodies are capable of changing in order to house these little ones for 9 months.
Yesterday my coworkers had a shower for me, and it was alot of fun. The way we usually do showers is by giving money to the hostesses, and then giving big gifts and cash/gift cards. They got me a baby food maker that steams and purees among other things- I love it! It's from Williams Sonoma, and they gave me a cookbook too. I'm excited about making food for Shim in about 6 months. It'll be nice having the peace of mind to know it's organic and preservative free. They also gave me cash, which was wonderful for my BRU trip today. I went and basically went through aisle by aisle, picking up any last minute things. I got the tray for the bumbo, an extra sheet for the crib and pack and play, more organizational bins for the closet, a three part thermometer set, toys that attach to the carseat, and lots of waterproof pads/blankies that are for the changing table, bassinet, crib, and P&P. I'm sure there is more, I just can't remember right this second. Oh- an organic sleep sack! I was very excited about that. I rec'd two bumgenius 3.0 yesterday too, they are in the wash now. I'm starting to get really excited about CD'ing. He'll be coming home in cloth; I have the smallest AIO I own packed and ready to go. We'll be using prefolds once we're home though.
I have the utmost respect for you ladies who maintain blogs, AND post pictures on JM. I simply can't make time for both. With that said, there are tons of nursery pics on my blog (or there will be in 15 minutes, lol), and the link to my blog is below. I love his nursery, and can't wait until he's here to go in it!
