Well we left 10am from Chicago IL and got to Butaun, Philippines at 1am on Thur morning! I lost a day----does that make my due date closer LOL. Since I helped with the medical emergency on my last long flight they bumped us up to FIRST class for our 14.5 hr flight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW.

Anyway so far it seems nice, I have internet! LOL But we don't have a tub! I can't remember the last time I had to shower instead of bathe! We are going to look into upgrading rooms-and even if they have a tub room available. Haven't done much otherwise, we will do some exploring this weekend.

Woohoo! 1st class!

I hope you'll be able to get a better room. Do you know how long you'll be staying in the Philippines? I want to see pics!

Woohoo, you made it! What was the medical emergency you assisted w/? Glad you made it safe & sound, and let us know what you find out when out exploring. My SIL has family in the Phillippines, but IDK where. Some of my family is from there, but from a small island, and I'm 4th generation so I don't even know who they would be.

I'm so glad you made it safely! I can't wait to see some photos and hear all about this destination. And I seriously hope you get the tub issue resolved ASAP. That's serious business.

Ok well we are going to check out other rooms later today to see if we want to move *crosses fingers for a tub room*, but I will make sure to get pictures of my current room today (after housekeeping comes in LOL). We went out last night for KFC-I was craving some mash potatoes LOL and its a pretty small town we are in. But we have a KFC, Mcdonalds for American restaurants and a a few others, plus a bowling alley and movie theater and a English bookstore (the official language here is English!)....oh and there is an OBGYN sign advertisement every 30 feet here and three hospitals (one that is approved by his company)! There are TONS of preggos! ITs the third largest Catholic country in the world and so the no birth control is really practiced here! At least I know they are very experienced! LOL Haven't found yoga classes yet-I may have to order some yoga DVD's online....anyone know any good pregnancy yoga videos?

I can't help you on the yoga, but I'm glad you arrived safe and sound! Better get some pics posted, or you might have an angry crowd with torches and pitchforks!

My flight to the states from Tokyo to Chicago had a person who was having chest pain....after checking him out and asking a crap load of questions it turns out he had a wet cough and a 102.5 temp! So the CDC was involved and was thinking of quarantining the WHOLE plane thanks to this idiot who KNEW he had that temp and got on a plane! I spent about 2-3 hours with him on the plane (missing my much needed sleep time to avoid jetlag ) He ended up refusing to go to the hospital so the CDC decided not to hold us all---which is good since a two week period would have kill the holiday season for us all. But everyone on the plane had to be checked out and info taken incase he turned out to have something bad. And they made a point to tell me that I would get first call if he did since I had direct contact AND was pregnant.
