Stay safe!

In Northern Idaho we had about 80 + inches fall in the month of December with singe digit temperatures which made the snow like powder. We had one day where 20 inches fell in 24 hours.. So much snow and we broke many snow records this year.. Then it started to warm up and it most of the snow melted away which caused flooding.. fun fun fun I'm soo ready for spring.

brrr i know the feeling. man i hate shovelling.
we got a foot of snow last night and its still snowing.
i'm just sitting here drinking as much coffee as possible before dh gets up and makes me go shovel with him!

ETA i was going to add that a foot might be an exaggeration but now that i look across the street at someones porch roof, it DOES look like a foot!

That's what one of my co-workers said.. She moved from New Jersey to North Idaho expecting to have the same winters.. She was clearly wrong.. She lives out in the country too where they get even more snow.. lol

We were in the negative degrees over the weekend! The high today is 23 and I feel like it's spring compared to Thursday and Friday! It was literally so cold that my house couldn't keep warm and it was literally running all day and night! Our bathroom sinks pipe froze and I have had to use the kitchen sink to brush my teeth and wash my face for the past 3 days! Not too much snow, but I feel the cold!!!

Guess the North Pole stretched across the country this year. We've had over 112.5" of snow sense the beginning of December and they are still expecting more. Luckily last week almost all melted theres about a foot left on the ground now

I'm chilly too--this week we had lots of temps below 10F with night temps in the negatives. I hope it's done snowing for a while cause I'm tired of shoveling and DH is staying home from work too much (due to bad weather) which drives me up the wall! At least he's not complaining every day like he was last year (when it was tons warmer!)

Oh Breanna and Amy... I'm sooo jealous. We got another 6-7 inches today! So like 18 inches in 2 days. I didn't leave the house today cuz there was so much snow. But I did make this today....
