I have a BBT which reads to the hundredth (00.00) and that is how I put the number in my phone, (thats where I keep it until I can put it into FF) I have read many conflicting things, so I'm curious what you all do..
When you enter it into FF or whichever software you use, do you round the number record to the tenth (00.0) or the hundredth (00.00)??
I used to put it in to the hundredth, but this cycle I started rounding and put it in to the tenth. Is one way more accurate or do you get the same result?
I'll be starting a new cycle soon (I start my provera tomorrow) and I'm curious to others opinions so that I can decide which way I want to do it next cycle.
Thanks ladies!

I believe TCOYF says to the tenth (can't remember why though), but I use the hundredth as well.

I've wondered about this also. I chart to the hundreth. But I think the women that round their numbers to the tenth have an easier to see pattern. I think as long as the thermometer you are using calculates to the 100th, if you choose to round to the tenth it shouldnt make a difference. Maybe the ferility charting board would have a better answer?

The "proper" way (if there is a proper way) is to chart to the hundredth. Otherwise there would be no reason to buy a BBT.

I use a regular thermometer so I only go to the tenth. It doesn't seem to make a difference in interpreting my chart.

The reason people use BBT is to get the hundredth for more accurate (you pay extra to GET that feature), other wise you can just use a regular thermometer and get tenth (I had a regular one).

I just use to the tenth, as that is what TCOYF reccomends and their thermometers even are to that
