Ok so we are now public about being pregnant!!!
We told Troy's family today. Here is how it went down LOL....
Troy's parents:
We got on the webcam with them (their first time using it!), troy was showing them the room and then stopped and showed me. I was reading a baby name book. (he zoomed in so that they could see it). They were all confused. The his mom asked why I was reading a baby book and he said "well duh to help us name our baby"...then they got it! LOL They did there little congrats and what not. Then they asked me when I was due and I told them July (same time as troy's sister) and their jaws hit the floor...it was funny. But then his moms goes "so you knew you were pregnant when you came home for Christmas?" And I said yes. OH MAN if you guys could have seen the pissed off face I got with that one! It was PRICELESS!!!
Then we talked for another hour about other stuff.
Troy's brother:
Just called and told him while him and his fiance were playing wii, nothing to exciting there. lol
Troy's Sister (due July 6th):
Troy calls her up next and she is watching one of those- UFC ultimate fighting championship with like 20 friends at her house. lol She went into another room so we could all talk. Troy asked her if she thought she would win the race. Obviously confused she asks what race. He tells her the race to have the first grandbaby on their side....she got it right away and luckily was VERY happy about it! (we were a little worried on this one). She got all excited the cousins would be close in age and that they would probably be mistaken for twins when we were all together.
Then we talked baby stuff for while.
My side: (this happened on my 31st birthday)
I called my mom to fill her in on the good news. I told her...."isn't it great that all those years ago you got to call everyone you knew and let them know you have a wonderful daughter, and to think 31 yrs later you get to call them all again and let them know you will be a grandmother!". It went over well. She was very excited, she did know we were trying to we lost that surprise factor, but it was still nice. She also was all excited when we told her when we were due---"I KNEW it" apparently she just knew I was preggo at Christmas time
After her I called my Aunt Linda and told her the good news, and she promised to get cracking on knitting some wool cloth diaper covers for me (she only makes shirts/scarves and hats right now). Next morning when I woke up I did get a hold of my girlfriend jonni! And also my grandma Betty and my brother. Jonni and Grandma were pretty happy and excited. My brother---well he is a boy so what do you expect LOL. He said congrats but thats about it---not much a baby talker, I didn't expect much there. My BFF and Aunt were very excited when I told them late july since Jonni's birthday is July 23rd and Aunt Linda is July 28th....the of course are both pulling for their birthdays!

Troy's parent's minds must be racing, two first-time grandbabies due in June. I bet they don't know what to do with themselves!
