a BFN before you got your BFP?? If so how many DPO were you? I got a BFN today at 12 DPO and just feel like if a test says it's negative then you're not pregnant, but anyway i was just wondering. Thanks!!

Lots of women have, and after reading your post in TTC#1 I have to say that the internet descriptions of preggo test sensitivity is not entirely accurate. So a negative on an IC or dollar store test at this point doesn't mean you are out of the game yet! I would be more reluctant if you got a negative on a FRER at this point. Good luck!!

I got a BFN on 11 DPO and a very faint positive on 12 DPO. My line was pretty faint until about 15 DPO. Try again tomorrow. And the next day if you have to.
Don't give up hope yet! It ain't over til the witch shows!!

I know you said you got BFNs on the $ store tests until like 13 DPO or something? I just don't want to give myself false hope either...

Yea, I got BFN's on FRER's and $ store tests up until 10DPO, then on 11DPO I got a BFP on an FRER but the $ store test was still showing BFN's until 13DPO! I hate $ store tests now needless to say... their a waste of money, to me at least.

I'm definitely starting to think so now too! I just thought because they're only $1 each that's pretty cool, but if they're not even very accurate it's really not worth it.

I got a stark white BFN on a FRER at 12DPO and then gave up until I was late at 16DPO when I finally got a beautiful bright BFP.
Don't give up yet!

I used a FRER at 11dpo and got a nice, clear +. I used the same urine on a dollar store test (an an IC, just for kicks! haha) and the dollar store test was a BFN. The IC was baaaarely there. Looked kind of like an evap.

I know its common to have that happen. I myself got a positive on a IC at 12 DPO the last time and 10 DPO on this time.
