ask my OB to check me on Tuesday? I seriously doubt I am dialating, but I have dropped this week. I'm not concerned because last time I dropped 8 weeks before the baby came. A friend told me she doesn't think I'll make it to my c-sec date since I've dropped & have been contracting, but I have been contracting since the first tri so that doesn't mean anything right?

I really hate those exams, and I'm really wondering if I need to be messed w/ at this point. (I'll be 33 1/2 wks. by then.)

Tell your doctors what up and let them make the call. I wouldn't think they would mess with you at this point though. If you were going in to pre-term labor -yeah but just dropping low and some contractions probably not.

I think she was concerned b'c of the cramping & the pain w/ the cx. It was really bad the other week, but I have been so busy this week that I haven't noticed everything as much. I know I've still had all that, but it doesn't seem like it was as bad. I have the preterm labor "symptoms" that my OB gave me a handout on, but I know I'm not having p/t labor...it's probably just because it's my 2nd pregnancy. It just feels like I am destined to suffer more this time around, LOL.
