Ashley

What kind of test did you use? FRER? FRER would be the darkest now. I first tested with a $ store one at 13 dpo and it was faint, then tested with a FRER and it was dark at 13 DPO. Some tests are more sensitive that others.

Good luck hun and can't wait to see pics in a couple days.

OMG I knew it!!!!!!! YAY!!

And for what it's worth, my line didn't start to get any darker until about 14 DPO and then it'd get darker and darker every day... I think when it's really faint it's hard to differentiate.

Did you tell your BF or anyone else? I'm thinking of you and your little tiny baby growing in there!

Ash -- when the line gets darker we all get excited but having a line not get darker overnight isn't an indicator of anything being wrong. There are a lot of variables to consider -- first, maybe your pee was more diluted... and also, the chemicals that detect pg on a hpt vary from test to test. Even two tests from the same box will have slightly different levels so it's possible that you could pee in a cup, dip two tests and one line would be darker than the other, kwim? So while seeing it get darker always feels awesome... seeing it only get a liiiiitle darker in a day isn't something to freak out about either. *hugs*
