We had a huge feed around 9pm, she slept til 12, fed, slept til 3, fed, slept til 5 and is sleeping.
OMG I had a decent night sleep - first time in months!!!!!!!!!! How clever is she?!
Midwife is due in before 12 so I'm having breakfast then going in the bath. DH is being good to me today - we're going to try and go to the bra shop I NEED to get measured and get some nursing bras for these big rock sold engorged mammas!!! Only thing is it's snowed a lot overnight and I haven't been out of the house since I got home.... not sure how walking from car to shop will go, but DH said he'll drop me off if he has to and drive round til I'm done.
What would I do without him??? OMG I'm so freaking lucky to have these 2 most precious people in my world right now!!
*wells up wth good tears*

I'm now seeing this!! Oh, bless Kirsty!!
As for the bras, I hope you read this before you buy. I was told not to buy nursing bras when the breasts are engorged because they will decrease in size in a couple days. And it's true!! I was told to wait a few days later to buy. My boobs were huge when my milk came in but then after 2 days, they went back to the size they were during pregnancy.
I think they have bras that can adjust but I'm not sure, I haven't seen those ones here....at least not yet.

Just wanted to warn you. Try to get as much sleep as you can in the first couple of weeks. Most babies sleep really well for the first 2 weeks or so, and then they suddenly stop.
