Remember back in May when I was in China last year and I posted pictures of my dots I got all over? A few of us thought I had the chicken poxs (because I had never had them before). Well I got my tests back from the m/w today on my blood work. Turns out I still have not had the chicken poxs!!!!! HOWEVER turns out in the last 6 yrs I HAVE had Rubella (German Measles). Looks like that wasn't the pox but instead Rubella. LOL I only got one MMR shot as a kid because I had a reaction to it so I have always failed my titer on the Measles, Mumps and Rubella. So it was a surprise to see I passed this time! (last time I was checked is when I started working in the hospital). Pretty cool huh!!!


And bonus...when kids get them that means I "have" to go on vacation while troy (who has had the measles/poxs/shingles) gets to take care of them......GIRL TRIP!!!!! LOL

you DEF have to go away when the kids get the pox, my sister got the pox at 16 and omg was it ever horrible.
