I noticed there are a few people using these. I looked them up online and i couldnt find what is in them. As in the quanity and type of vitamins. Anyone know where to find this? Also, how many pills do you have to take daily?

Still looking for the right prenatal vitamin. I might stick with New Chapters Perfect Prenatal.

I saw it, but it wasnt due to product safety. I'm sure by the time I get around to getting a prescription and filling it it will be lifted.

the recall was for wholesale- and not consumers. I take one that is on the list (Natalcare Plus) and my midwife said to continue taking it.

hold on let me grab my box and I will tell you! The reason I take them (I was on New Chapter prenatal also) is because they combind omega acids and stool softeners in them! So now I take 2 pills a day when I was taking 5-6! They have one in the AM (gel) and one in the PM (tablet)...you can take both in the PM if you need to. But the stool softener is WONDERFUL while preggos, it a low dose so it doesn't give me the side effects of taking a stool softener! I haven't had an issues since I started taking them. (only got constipated once I was pregnant).
