Whoops... I suppose this is a little random. But I figured if anyone could help me out it would be you girls.
I'm looking for a finger tip length (36') veil in white or diamond white with a crystal beaded trim. I'm actually looking for one just like I tried on in the shop, but I'm not paying $200 for a strip of tulle stuck on a comb.
SOOOO I was wondering if any of you had one that you wanted to sell me or let me use as my something borrowed.
Here's a pic of my gown and what I'm looking for --
Sorta hard to see maybe... it's just a real small crystal beaded trim.
Anyway, if any of you have something similar that you'd be willing to sell or let me borrow or if you got one somewhere cheap... PLEASE let me know!

why thanks! Those pics are from the sample which is one size smaller than what I ordered, but I've lost weight since then so I hope it'll still look good haha. Luckily since it's a corset back I have some wiggle room

Thanks for the compliments on the gown girls... it's reassuring to hear good things and I didn't even post a pic really detailing the dang thing! haha...
I guess the veil isn't THAT important, and if I can't find a similar one I'll just borrow my cousins that has a pencil ribbon edge rather than any beading. But my gown is a maggie, and for those of you who wore maggie gowns, you KNOW the beading shimmers and sparkles like no other and I really wanted a veil that played that up. The one in the shop totally does, but I'm definitely not paying that much for it! I was trying to figure how I could make one, or just add the crystals/rhinestones whatever to a cheap existing one from Michael's or something but that's probably a path I don't wanna go down...
where did you guys get your veils?

I wore a Maggie dress, and it shines like no other!! I wore a veil with beads throughout it, it looked really pretty, you might try something like that!!

Sorry my veil was borrowed from my aunt. It was lacy trimmed anyway so it wouldn't have worked. I made a couple of them for some friends---it real easy (Heck *I* did it so it has to be!). Do you have a friend who may be able to make you one as a gift?

I don't think I can heart to sell my veil but I would gladly let you borrow a little piece of WTTC/JM to wear in your wedding (since we all can't be there with you!) It has a full bead trim but also some floral bead detail (don't know it it is too busy for your dress).

Shannon my veil was fingertip length and white, but the trim was just plain, it didn't have any sparkles so I don't know if you are interested in it or not.. I don't want to sell it, but I would totally let you borrow it!

ok now looking at it maybe it's a bit short. anyways let me know if you're interested! it has the beading along the edge. i looooved it! i wore it sorta hung straight down the back but you can wear it however, it has lots of material.
