Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers. I started spotting a little bit this morning. It was a mix of brown/very light pink and it was only a little bit. There wasn't any when I woke up, but there was a little bit the next time I used the bathroom and next to nothing the time after that. I'm not cramping or anything, so I'm sure it's just normal spotting that happens to a lot of us.
Still, that doesn't stop me from totally freaking out, as I'm sure you can understand! I'm just trying not to move much while I'm at work (if I had sick time I would've called in and laid on the couch all day, but I don't have such a luxury - luckily I have a desk job so I'm not on my feet). I do work out regularly (though not rigorously) and we also moved some furniture this weekend since we're having our floors ripped out and new ones put in this week... I'm guessing the spotting is coming from that, which just makes me angry at myself for even helping. I should've just made DH call a friend or pay the dang floor people to do it. I shouldn't have been lifting heavy items and going up and down and up and down and up and down the stairs a zillion times.
I just want my little belly bean to stay safe and sound.

You are in my thoughts. I spotted once and it was isolated to one day only. I hope it stops and doesn't come back. Be sure to take it easy though, the first trimester is so precarious :hugs:

I spotted on and off until a few weeks ago because I have a low lying placenta.....so there are lots of reasons...just keep an eye on it and call your doc if you're concerned. You are in our thoughts and prayers definitely!

I'm sure its just normal- especially if its brown- and not red- which is old blood!
And when I found out I was preggo at 13 DPO- I realized we did alot of work the week prior- we moved furniture and I cleand alot!!!
Also, when I was 4 weeks, DH and I were on vaca in Reno/Lake Tahoe, and we went rafting, and we went on a 2 mile hike up and down a mountain. It wasn't over strenuaous, but it was something. And my bean made it. They have so much cushion, and aren't relying on your for nurtrition until the placeta is made- so you are probably fine. But I understand your worrying! Just try to relax and know you can only do what you can do!!!

I'm sure it's nothing and just from over working yourself this weekend. Take it easy from now on though, ok? No more lifting heavy furniture! I spotting the first 8 weeks with Lochlann and for a few days at about 20 weeks with Liam and neither of them are worse for the wear! Most of the time its just one of those things. Keeping you and your little one in my thoughts and prayers though!

Thanks everyone!
I haven't really had any more spotting since this morning, so I'm just trying to let it go and take it easy. No more moving furniture for me! I already told DH when the floors are done (in two weeks) that he's going to have to convince our friends to help him move everything back, because I have no intention of doing this again!

Thanks for asking.
I only spotted a little bit that first day and I haven't had any since, so I'm not worrying about it anymore. I'll bring it up with my dr on Friday in case she has any concerns.
Thanks for all of the support!
