The title says it all *sigh* They don't look so bad now, but my nips are KILLING me! They are only getting bigger. I need new bras but I am afraid I am up to a D cup now. In fact, I thought my belly had become more compact, but now that I think about it, I think it is really that my boobs have gotten bigger making my belly look smaller!
Mom didn't get stratchmarks on her girls or tummy. Guess I can throw that assurance out the window!
Tell me I am not alone. And if I am, I don't want to hear it!

Saddly I've had stretch marks on my boobs sense about 6th grade when they really started to get larger. I lucked out with Seamus and didn't change any cup sizes, and I've recently noticed that I'm starting to get more stretch marks on my boobs this time...Its sad because I'm already basically a DDD and there really isn't maternity/nursing bras for much larger.
My Old stretch marks have faded and become super light though so unless your head is right next to my boob you cant see them

You know what SUCKS about having darker skin is that all scars show more. I have some on my hips that faded to a lighter whitish color--but my skin is brown!

I've heard it doesn't matter if your mom had them or not... everyone is different. I have a little on my boobs, none on my tummy *yet?*... and my mom had them everywhere. So all you can do is just wait and see.
But isn't it all, whatever you get, worth it to get your baby Thats how I look at it!!

Oh yes, my boobs are covered in stretch marks. So are my hips, butt, and inner thighs. Oddly enough, I don't have any on my belly. Mine don't bother me, as they are faded, and not noticeable. And when I go tanning, they tan too, so you can barely see them.

SO has brown skin and you can barely see any of his scars, they all went from light to darker, like the color of his skin. So maybe yours will darken up a bit?
I have a feeling I'll get stretchmarks too whenever I get pregnant. I know my g-ma didn't get any through her four kids (lucky...), I don't know about my mom. When I finally grew a butt I got some stretchmarks on the sides of my haunches, so I think that's a good preview! But they've faded and you can't see them.
I bet yours will fade too!

OH yeah, I've got 'em too! My boobs used to be so nice and round and perky Now they're just kind of saggy, but they're freakin huge too and I hate it. To me it's a downside to BF because I'm already a FULL C cup when I'm not lactating, and right now I'm a 38 E! And I'm not a big girl either, I'm 5'7" and I usually wear a size 8 when I lose the baby weight!

Thats the down side with me, I'm a very very large girl, and 5'7½" ( or 5'8" depending on the height of the person measuring me ), my poor boobs almost reach my belly when not in a bra and I feel like they do when in a bra, can't find any supportive, non lacy, non seem across the nipple(gives me madonna boobs) bras that actually fit and lift them up. My mom swears they weigh 10lbs each I really hope I dont grow much, I was thinking I wouldnt' sense I didn't with Seamus only when engorged which wasnt' often cause he nursed pretty well. I would love to have a breast reduction down to a D cup but the $7K isnt' in our budget any time in the near future.
I also have stretchies all over my tummy as you can see in the belly pic's, inner thighs, hips, and lower back.. needless to say part of my tattoo is ruined because of it. (thats what happens when you get pregnant less then a year after you get a lower back tattoo )

I hate to add fuel to this flame but maybe I should warn about another problem with having darker skin, well, with me that is. So I didn't get the stretch marks and my tummy is 95% back to where it used to be BUT it's darker than it was before! I'm thinking the color will fade to what it was before but it was such a shock to me. And what if it doesn't fade? It's noticeably darker than the rest of my skin. I even used a scrub on it to see if it was just dead skin but that made no difference. Well, it hasn't yet. Now I have to buy a 1-piece bathing suit.

Sure you say that, but have you got them? J/K.They upset me at first b/c it is kind of surprising to wake up and see that. But there are more to come I'm sure! All for Blobby/Jack/Kingston/Kai/Calahan
Mari I bet your color will go back to normal, but thanks for the heads up in case it happens to me too. It is so weird what our bodies do.

I have stretch marks everywhere too. I didn't get any until I was about 32 weeks pregnant with Liam. Literally overnight my belly exploded in stretch marks! Ian took to calling me "fire belly" because it looked like flames all over me. I thought I couldn't get anymore when I got pregnant with Lochlann but I carried him higher and got more above my belly button. So they're from above my belly button all the way to the tops of my thighs--and some on my boobs. They have faded a lot though and I'm sure yours will do the same! I used to be self conscious about it but they don't bother me at all anymore. I wear my "flames" with pride!

You are not alone! I got stretch marks all over! Boobs, belly, butt, hips, upper thighs. AND my mom didn't get any with both her pregancies. I thought I might get lucky like her but no such luck.

I didn't have any until 34 weeks and then it was like I woke up to a million all over my belly. They are above my belly button too. I don't dwell on it. After having my baby I don’t feel as critical about my body.

I didn't get any on my boobs in my last week of pregnancy. They are almost completely invisible now
I also developed mean looking red stretch marks on my BUTT, like inside of my cheeks. DH pointed them out . Those didn't show up until 38 weeks preggo, and also are almost invisible!
I got ONE stretchy on my belly and you guessed it.....totally faded now!
