They never watched protein for GD reasons with Seamus. They don't usually check for protein in my office unless theres a reason too(funny looking pee, high bp) they only check my urine for bladder infections on a biweekly visit. This is actually the first protein check I had with this pregnancy jsut cause my pee looked funny
{the doctors nurse was actually mad another nurse for running the check on my urine
she as like "You made sure she has insurance to pay for that right?!" old bitty[same stupid nurse I had to see last time, I hate her, have never liked her the whole 6yrs I've gone to this practice]}
I had really really bad BP at the end with Seamus, with severe blinding headaches(bp upto 151/110), but never spilled protein till they were inducing for the GD. I was very swollen after he was born, you couldnt' tell my legs, ankes or feet apart.
And I'm full blown GD so I have to be induced(on insulin already have been for a month). Not long now thankfully.
I'm still pretty upset with the u/s issues. With Seamus I had one every other week for the last 2months to watch for size, placenta and fluids because they can all have issues wight GD(also watching for breathing sense lung development is slower in GD babies) and they said I'd be lucky to have 1 u/s before she's born. Shes already measuring big, her movements have changed and its scary to only feel her 5x's a day when it was 5x's per hour up till Monday then a sudden change. Its not safe with the GD to not be having BPP's so I'm hoping sense I'm seeing the newer doc in the practice on the 4th of March that he'll do something, hes always seemed to be alittle more proactive then the one doc I've seen the last 2 visits this month(who ironically was the doc that had me have all the u/s's with Seamus)
