Ugh I never wanted to type that post title but here we are...1 week overdue. She checked me again and I'm exactly the same as last week, so that was a little disappointing. On the upside, I lost 2 lbs!!! I'm so anxious to get this baby weight off that that was pretty exciting.

She confirmed that as long as they aren't completely over run with deliveries, my induction is still good to go for tomorrow morning at 6 am. Now that it's here I'm kind of panicking...if I can handle it, if I'll be a good mom, etc etc. I feel like how I felt right before I used to go to summer camp: I've looked forward to it for so long but now that it's here I don't want to get out of the car So you won't hear from me after tonight but Kate will be updating for you guys (thanks again Kate) and I will hopefully have pics and a wonderfully easy birth story to share with you all when I get back on Sunday (assuming everything goes the way it should). Wish me and Conner luck!

You will do wonderful no matter what happens tomorrow. You already know it's normal to feel how you are feeling. I remember crying and being scared when my water broke and I left for the hospital. I knew that everything was about to change and I wasn't sure how it would all unfold. You will have your little baby boy very soon and it will be the best feeling ever! ELV!

I think it is the "wait" part of your screen name. You have the hoping and wishing done with now it's the waiting. Not much longer! You will be an amazing mom!

Caitlyn, if you are a bit anxious about how painful it will be or if you will be able to handle the pain - I'm a wimp, and it really wasn't as bad as I'd thought it'd be. Ok right before I got the diamorphine I felt a little out of control, but the pain med took the edge off it and I was fine. Once you get to pushing stage, your contrax aren't as painful as they are during dilation.

I know you're going to do absolutely fine. I can't wait to hear your birth story and meet little Conner ELVs and (((((huggles)))))
