If you haven't heard about it, there is a 10% off completion coupon you get for registering. Well, since I work at the registry desk, I get women who come in almost every day asking about the coupon. It is a coupon that is mailed out from the corporate office, not the store! It will come anywhere between 2 weeks before your due date and 2 weeks after! It's just a coupon to use if there are some things that you didn't get from your registry that you really want. If the person who registered you did their job right, it should have been well explained. There are alot of women who get pissed off at me when I tell them that it's not something they just automatically get. They HAVE to have the coupon! It's not my fault! Grrr! And alot of the women are women I actually registered, and I KNOW I explain the coupon because I say the same exact "speech" every time! They just don't listen! And some of them come in and say, "When I registered, they told me I'd get 20% off of anything left on my registry." And I have to tell them, "No, it's 10% off, and it's a coupon that comes through the mail." It just gets very annoying when they get mad at me because they didn't listen! ANNNNDDD we even have a little flyer that we give as part of the registry kit that explains it too!
Ok, sorry, rant over. Just wanted to let our preggos know so you don't go biting the registry girl's head off!
