We ordered our nursery furniture from JCPenny.com. The crib and dresser are fantastic. But the changing table came damaged. There were 3 large gashes in the top dresser piece. So I brought it back to the store catalog place (which wasn't easy since it's a huge box) and they sent in another order. Ed brought home the new changer today, and IT'S DAMAGED!!!!!!! I am so pissed off. WTH can't they just pack their crap better!!?? I really want to say the hell with them and get our money back. But we love the other pieces and they are already built.

I think prayers need to be said for the representative that this hormonal pregnant lady has to go to tomorrow to order yet ANOTHER changer.

Ugh that is SO annoying. We ordered 12 vases off ebay for our centerpieces and they came and one was broken. We had paid for insurance, so no big deal. The seller was trying to give us the run around, but with Ben's background that simply wasn't gonna happen... they mailed another vase... and that one was broken too! UGH! We finally got one that wasn't shattered and life is good again. It sucks you got two crapped out changers, but I'm sure they'll make it right and it'll be worth it in the end. I hope they're understanding with you tomorrow, and I'm sorry for all the hassle. Maybe they'll give you a store credit or something for your troubles?

Geez, man! They need to get their act together! I once order a set of four curtain panels from them and it was a disaster. One was from a totally different dye lot and the color was way off and another was cut incorrectly, it wasn't the right length for ANY of their listed dimensions. SIX panels and returns later we ended up just returning everything and I got panels from Pottery Barn instead. To their credit, everyone was super nice to me and not only did I get all of my money back plus everything I paid in shipping, but they also gave me a $75 gift card.

That stinks! We ordered all crib and dresser from JC Penney but had no problems. In the past I had damaged furniture come from other stores many times. It's a huge pain in the you know what.

Can you link us to what you got?
