Okay girls, here's what's up. JM is switching forum software so we'll have some changes in how things look and some new features. I don't know about you guys, but I normally hate change.  I think this is the biggest one JM has had yet... but I think it'll be a good thing. I've actually been able to 'beta test' the new boards for a little while now, and I've gotten used to it and I think once we have some time to adjust it'll be a good thing. If you are members on other non-JM boards then you might already be familiar with the software, it's vBulletin.
We now have an announcement at the top of the boards, but I'll C&P here in case you didn't see it --
Hello everyone!
We are thrilled to announce that in order to provide our Community with a more stable and feature-rich experience on our Forums, we will be upgrading our message board software to vBulletin.
vBulletin is the most popular Community software in use and is packed with great features we're sure you will love.
This upgrade will allow us to provide you with increased stability and performance, some new and improved features, for example:
* Increased avatar size. Avatars can be 100x100 pixels on the new boards!
* You can preview a topic by hovering your mouse over the topic title.
* You have 2 minutes to edit a post without leaving an edit trail, and can easily indicate a "Reason for Editing" your post at the bottom, if you wish. No more typing out "edited for spelling"!
* It will also pave the way for us to later offer you Groups and Blogs as part of your existing JustMommies account.
The upgrade will take place next week (specific date and time to follow) and will require for the boards to be down for approximately four hours.
We are very excited to offer you an improved space for the JustMommies Community. Stay tuned for updates as we get closer to our launch date!

vBulletin is good, but will we lose our rankings? I love the hover feature to preview threads, so you don't click on them twice.

Cycle #1-9 - All Natural....5BFN's, 4BFP's (all ended in miscarriage)  Cycle #10-11 - Met with first RE, diagnosed with heterzygeous MTHFR mutation & slightly low SA on all counts. -BFN, Cycle #12 - First IUI+Trigger - BFN, Cycle #13 - BFN Cycle #14-15 - Met with new RE, diagnosed with a blocked right tube that previous RE completely overlooked or didnt care to mention. Soy (120mg) - BFN Cycle #16 - Clomid (100mg) - BFN, Cycle #17 - Clomid (100mg)+Trigger+IUI - BFN Cycle #18 - Acupuncture+Clomid (100mg) - BFN Cycle #19-27 - 2 Soy (160mg) cycles, the rest all natural also 30lbs lost!! - BFN's Cycle #28 - New RE is GREAT! Put on bcp 7/6/11, Lap surgery 8/1/11- Tubal cyst (5cm) found and removed, Uterine Septum removed, and Stage II-III endo removed. Cycle #29 - All Natural - BFN, Cycle #30 - All Natural - BFN, Cycle#31 - All Natural - BFN, DONE TTC FOR NOW

I posted a few more details about it on the main board thread, I'd C&P but I gotta run to work. You will not lose your post counts, those will transfer with us. BUT, whatever name you used to sign up for JM will be your username, so when we transfer you will have to fix that and encrypted info doesn't go, so in order to log into the new board you'll have to request a new password through email confirmation. At least that's what we had to do to get in and I don't think they'll be able to fix that before the change, so it will be a little bit chaotic.

Sounds okay to me, although i am one of those people who doesn't like change! Hopefully it will be a good change. I have no idea what vBulletin is but it sounds like it has good benefits!
