I got my prescription filled to start my Provera!! I decided to start it tonight, but not before I took a HPT!! I wanted to Make sure I was good and not preggo before starting it!! I used a IC midstream, let it take it's 10 minutes, looked at it and it was negative!! Still, I wanted to take it apart and inspect it closer! I got it open and took out the test strip, covering the test strip was a piece of plastic, I went to remove the piece of plastic and the stick flicked out of my left hand spraying me in the face with my own pee... All that to have the test confirm NOT PREGNANT!!! LOL Im excited though to start a new cycle!!

Yeah for provera to start a new cycle - yuckky pee pee - oh the things we do TTC! You may have told us this before but have they tried to pin down WHY you are not ovulating? Like have they considered PCOS. I finally got my cycles straight and actually started ovulating by just taking metformin cause my biggest non-ovluation culprit was my sugars - my insulin problems were messing with the hormones that regulate ovulation. So once I got that under control I started to ovulate more regularly - plus I did accupuncture and I'm convinced that helped as well - have you ever considered that? Just wondering.

Something similar has happened to me while taking apart a test. That is probably one of the many reasons we shouldn't take one apart!

YAY for a new cycle!!!
