DH and I have been making small jokes all week about how our first baby was suppose to come this week. We laughed because the weather is terrible (snow and ice all over the roads) and would we REALLY be ready by now? I was saying how odd it is that both babies have a 4th of the month due date, and my birthday is on the 4th of the month (and I was born on MY due date).

Today, March 4th, was my due date, and I'm not smiling about it anymore. I feel so blessed to have this current pregnancy. But a part of me aches....

I'll be thinking of you today. I think it is healthy to have a little heartache but to also have a heart full of love for that which the future holds.

I'm sorry about that. I can understand how it would be a hard day.

I'm sorry. Big hugs to you. I still get sad every time my first due date comes up (August 30th) and the date of my loss (January 3rd). Even though I have two healthy boys with birthdays right near those two dates it doesn't take away the sadness. You can be happy for the future but sad for what you've lost too. Thinking of you today!

I feel the same way when September rolls around even though its my own birth month. Peanut's due date was a week before my birthday and he/she would have been 2 this September. Last year I took out the little baby coat I bought and looked at it for the first time since I packed it away.

Its hard but try thinking about that beautiful Angel that is coming in just a few months.

I'm sorry Morgan. It's normal to still be sad about it. I get down every once in awhile now about Thomas even though I have this little one to be grateful for. The loss dates and due dates are hard.
