JCPenny sent me ANOTHER broken changing table! This makes it the third one!

I was incredibly mad yesterday when I opened the box, but now I'm just so disappointed by the whole experience. I called the store and the Regional manager will be in on Monday, so DH and I are going back then to fight them on this. I guess I'm just going to say that if they don't give me a SIGNIFICANT discount or, even better, a FREE changing table, then they can send their truck to our house and pick up the crib and the dresser and give us a FULL refund for everything. I don't want to have to do this because I truly love the furniture we already have. And we only have like 8 weeks left to order different furniture and get it shipped to us. My nesting urge is seriously kicking in and I want the nursery finished.

On a happier note, the car seat came in last night. So I feel I can finally relax in the case of him deciding to come too early. We also got in the changing pad for the table, but seeing that is just a thorn in my side.

Ughhhhhhhhhhhh.... Like I said earlier, I agree it should be FREE, or at least significantly reduced. BTW, I looked for the post after we were done talking, and it didn't show up... Maybe it was just me?

Get mad......... cry, do whatev to make the RM feel like a real jerk!

Ugh, how frickin frustrating! I hope they do give a significant discount and actually get you an unbroken changing table.

OMG I don't know what I would do!!! It should be free or go find a new one. Our crib and changer is from Target, and we LOVE it!!!! Good luck hun. Hope it works out soon for you!!!

That is ridiculous!!! I think that the changing table should be offered to you now for free!! As a preggo lady they've caused you undue stress so they should give you it free!

He's mad about the whole situation, but he's more upset because he has to calm me down every time! DH isn't a doormat, but he isn't as assertive as I am on some things.

Oh and BTW the first 2 changers were damaged in the same spot. But the third actually had a shard that broken off the side!
