Who here is really serious about studying the HB program, and still needs the materials? You can post here or send me a pm.

awe i'm bummed. apparently there are no hypnobabies class in my city. maybe its one of those things that you can find thru the grapevine once you are prego and have a midwife/doula though. here's hoping.
niknok did you do the self study or class? and did it work for you?

She did the home study, so did Anna. Katie had the home study but her Doula was also a teacher! (so far this group with Hypnobabies has a 100% no pain med rate with it!---and one of them was an induction and another a posterior/back labor!!!)

wow - i am totally interested in doing this. i'm one of those people who loves my mellow time (i get up 45 min earlier than i have to so i can drink coffee and sit with my dog in silence and semi-darkness and watch the sun come up every day) It seems like it would be a really peaceful way of birthing, it seems calming. i know i'm not going on much info but these are my first impressions of it.
I was worried at the prospect of home study but seeing that it can and did work is great.
I would love to hear more about what those who used it thought about it.
Ang, are you planning on using it?
now i just need to get knocked up! *shoots dh a seductive look*

I'm using the homestudy and I'm on the 5th week. Angela, who used it successfully with an induction? i don't recall.
I guess the pressure is on me now to go med free since I'm the next Hypnomom here to give birth.
