Ok so the game of baby naming....not as fun as I thought it would be I have to admit.
Anyway we decided to nicks our Alexander name, because I don't like Alex and he doesn't like xander. And we don't have faith that someone will not nickname him. So its off.
Now we are on Collin (as in Fort Collins, CO---remember we are doing location themed names). I like the nickname CJ and so does DH, but we can't come up with a good J middle name! LOL
So got any suggestions?
Collin J_______ Small (right now its Jay or Jacob)
Also if you wouldn't mind we haven't found a middle name we love for London either.
London ________ Small (right now its either Reid or Taylor)
Girls names are holding strong with Jordan Capri Small or Sicily Rose Small.

Out of your suggestions my two votes are for:
Collin Jacob Small
London Reid Small
I do think that the cadence of the name would fit better with a 1 or 3 syllable middle name since the first names you are thinking are 2 syllable and your last name is 1 syllable.
My suggestions for CJ middle names:
Collin Jeremy Small
Collin Joshua Small

I prefer the monosyllable names with the first names you've chosen. I'm not a fan of Jay but Fiona's suggestion of James is nice if you don't mind it.
I would choose London Reid but I really like Jordan Capri.

I prefer Reid as MN to London.
I don't care for Jay, I was thinking Jeremy too but I also like the suggestion of James. I think I like James the most.

haha no. You suggested Jacob, which is the twilight name of a GOOD character, and I don't particularly care for it with Collin _ Small. But I do think James sounds good... and you thought James was hot, so it works!

James was my first thought when you were looking for a J middle name. I think it sounds great with Collin. Also, I like Jacob and Jared, Jett (good call Shannon) and Jackson.

Well looked up meanings...Collin means "the victorious one" --which is kind of coo; since baby was conceived the night of Obama's win we are pretty sure! (we just had that post sex Feeling it took!)
Shannon-Troy liked Jett..so its on the burner!
And we bumped Jay. So now we have Collin-Jett or Jacob Small.
James/Jeremy is to much a family name and we are trying to avoid those. plus I can't say Jeremy correct (this is also troy's brother). I say Germ-y...I always screw it up!
