Here's the Recipe...
About a Cup of Cranberry Juice, 3 Big Spoonfuls of Plain Yogurt, Half a Banana, Half a bag of frozen Strawberries, A nice splash of seltzer water, A nice amount of Honey and Ice......Thats It! I did add blueberries in it last night for the first time and I think It takes away from the flavor a bit so dont add to many if you do want to add them.
I got the recipe out of a Magazine ( I think It was like 17 or something ) When I was a freshman in high school so Ive been making it for quite sometime. It's super yummy!! Not tangy or sugery like the ones you buy, like Jamba Juice etc...
