This has bothered me for a few days now, I hope you can see it in this little video? Kirsty seems to "forget" to breathe (or something?) a few times in her sleep, then it's almost like a huge gulp of air to kick-start again.

Do you see it? Should I be worried?

I've noticed when she's feeding and falls into a deeper sleep at the breast she kinda "stops" breathing which wakes her up in a panic, legs kicking, gulping air and crying. It scares me I'm terrified my baby will stop breathing?

Fi, I honestly wouldn't worry. Babies have a way of breathing without taking huge breaths, Its just her filling her lungs back up. Both of my babies did it. If its concerning you, try changing the way she sleeps, maybe shes too slouched down?? I do remember both of my kids breathing like that, and its because they take such short breaths. I would just ask her pedi at your next appointment
