I keep getting cramping on and off the past few days. It feels like when AF is about to start or when I was first pregnant. I still have not gotten a AF since having Oliver. We have had sex twice with no protection. Pull & pray only and that is how we got Oliver. I can't be pregnant can I? I would hit the floor.

Of course it's always a possibility but unlikely. I always got cramps and that pregnant feeling and wasted so many tests and nothing came of it. Your body is still getting back to normal and cramps come with the territory. I never started cycling again until nursing was cut down a lot and 3 times a day seems to be the magic number where I regain full fertility (I do always ovulate but had a lp problem until I was down to 3 times a day). Of course I did get pregnant with Lochlann before I had my first pp af after Liam but it was a different feeling. Your body will most likely gear up to ovulate several times before it actually does so you get those symptoms and then it just never happens.

It is definitely possible!! And not unlikely at all!! Most of my friends have had babies by using the pull and pray method! Including my sister! I have about 10 friends with kids and 9 that I can think of were from P&P!!

I think I'm going to go with what Jenn said. I think it's very unlikely. Maybe my body is trying to ovulate. I know for sure that I'm not ready to add to our family! I guess that means we should be more careful in the future.

I would test to be sure. My sister was born 1 year after me almost exactly because my parents thought they were safe since Mom hadn't had a cycle yet again.....nope - one time was all it took and they got my sis! You never know what and what your body is doing. Good luck!

I would test just to be sure....and test 2 weeks after the last time you had unprotected sex...you could get some $ store tests!

I'd think you're probably not preggo, but I'd get some cheapie tests just to be sure.

What kind of protection do you think you'll end up using? I don't want to go on birth control after I have the baby but I know P&P is obviously not totally effective. Kind of ironic for me to be worrying about it considering how much it took to get preggo with this one!

You might be getting ready to ovulate. I was the same way, and sure enough, about 12 days later, AF showed up. I would take a test just to be sure though

I got a Paraguard because I get pregnant really easily and we can't risk it even with exclusively BF Phineas. I don't trust the mini pill because I've heard of plenty of people getting pregnant on it, and then I didn't trust anything else not to affect my milk supply.

I have no idea what we will end of using. I don't want anything with hormones. I guess that leaves condoms. Those are no fun!

I've been experiencing the same thing. I've taken 4 different pregnancy tests in the last 2 months, all negative, and no af. So annoying!

When I switched from hormones to barriers, I got the FemCap cervical cap. After I learned how to use it, it was very easy--takes a minute or two to insert it. But you need to get "fitted" by your dr and nobody around here knew enough about them to "prescribe" them, so I ordered mine from a pharma in canada with no prescription required. I was paranoid that DH would feel it, but he swore he never did, and it didn't interfere with any feelings for me either

Look into it! We don't like condoms either!

I don't know if you are opposed to IUDs or not...but I got the Paraguard which is non-hormonal and I love it! The copper in it just kills sperm, that's it! And it's really easy to get taken out and you can get pregnant again without problems if you want to. I honestly don't think we will be having any more biological children since I tend to get really sick every time I'm pregnant, but this lasts for 10 years so who knows where we'll be then.

I just love not to have to worry about taking a pill or anything! Plus it doesn't affect breastfeeding/supply at all.
