So I nicely get teased about not having a bump in my DDC. But a couple girls couldn't understand how it was possible I was meassuring where I should---so I posted this.....to show that there IS a bump IN there! LOL..........
When it gets measured they push here (you can easily see the top of my uterus in this picture). They measure from top of pubic bone to top of uterus (my fundus) and thats how you get the number. (you can easily vary 1-2 weeks by different people doing the measuring and by baby position)
(don't mind the pjs and morning look LOL)

Relaxing all my stomach muscles but no pushing...
Anyone want to take bets on what my tattoo is going to look like in 3 months

I don't think anyone takes belly progression pictures on their back but it does make for an awesome tattoo progression angle.

thanks for the bump visual! thats neat to see how different women show in different ways.
i wonder how i'll show hehe....apparently it was cool to wear baggy sweatshirts in the 80's so thats all i have to go by from looking at my mom when she was prego with my sister. lol
my SIL is like 11-12 weeks along and i swear to god she is showing already, but thats maybe just cuz i see her actual belly, its totally not noticable in clothing.

You carry just like my sister. Hopefully you'll recover like her too. She hasn't labored longer than 3 hours (from first pain to holding baby) and she has no stretch marks or any pooch at all. She got all the good childbearing genes....
p.s. I wear boy underwear to bed too. So comfy... Dh made me buy my own a couple years ago because I kept stealing his. lmao.

He bought a three pack that didn't fit right (while in China) so he "gave" them to me so I would stop stealing his! LOL
I hope I just like your sister! I was actually hoping for a 4-6hr labor though LOL I have done so much work with hypnobabies if it went to quick I think I would feel a little jilted LOL

I think your tattoo will look just fine! Maybe a little stretched, but it'll bounce right back. Yeppers!
BTW, your ddc shouldn't tease anyone about how they look! They are probably insanely jealous of your suave figure. After the babies come, you'll look like a teenager again while they will be marked and flabby and still asked "when are you due?"

You are so cute! I was like that too (probably won't be this time, as I have gained almost 20lbs since last year), and at 20 weeks my regular clothes still fit fine. I could also feel my uterus, but it definitely didn't look like a preggo belly. But I also bounced back really fast, and didn't have a single stretch mark. I don't think that'll happen this time, lol, as I said, I gained a lot of weight, my stomach is not as strong.

Your uterus just likes to stay on the down-low It's very obvious when you lay down like that!

Man it must be so cool to feel the same size in your regular clothes but instead have a nice firm preggo tummy... it's like having a 6 pack without all the work or something! Or, a different kind of work at least

Aww, hi little uterus/baby!
Hopefully you end up like Jess's sister! I will gladly take a labor that is under 6 hours.

Aw, nice bump!!! Hi baby!
I bet you'll bounce right back too. You're going to be one of those women who can wear their pre pregnancy clothes home from the hospital! (I know you won't be going to a hospital but you know what I mean).
I always steal Ian's boxers for my pj's too! They're so comfy!
I don't know if I'd wish for a totally short labor because generally shorter equals more intense. As it is my labors were 6 hours 49 minutes and 6 hours 20 minutes and I like that length. My body also skips early labor and goes right into active.
