100% real! I have blood on my clothes and camera to prove it! I felt the nails they used and the calluses in one of the guys hands who had it done about 14 time already! I stood less then 6inches from one of the guys even while he was being crucified. Its VERY REAL. (so was the people who passed our and threw up from watching!). Its the only place on earth that does it for real! (thats why I felt I should go see it---its a once in a lifetime chance and I am in awe of the "dedication" to their beliefs and faith). I couldn't do it!

Watching hip surgery or doing a dressing change on a gang green foot still takes the cake for gross for me!
