I'm almost 99% positive that everything is fine but I need some reassurance! I had some light, light brown tinged CM from Wed until today! I had an U/S done Wed. at 5wk 1 day and they saw an early gestational sac w/ beginning of fetal pole- and my first set of betas were above 4000- but I can't help but worry when I see the spotting! No bleeding, cramps- nothing like that I'm just worried girls! I go back today for all my intake! HELP!

I'm assuming the ultrasound was internal? And this may be TMI...but have you DTD recently?
As reassurance...I never spotted just the "normal" brown CM. I went straight to (what I felt was more than) spotting and it was bright red. I would mention something when you do all of your intake stuff - they can do a pelvic and (yay fun) take a peak in there and make sure everything is fine!
I know how terrifying it is to be spotting...when I started, my heart felt like it exploded in my chest. There is nothing wrong with asking to make sure that everything looks okay!

It very well could be from the vaginal u/s! I spotted around 5 weeks after having sex (which normally doens't happen). I was having a minor heart attack, but everything was perfectly fine. Your cervix is probably just irritated because of the u/s!

I spotted brown & light pink with Kirsty, from a few days before I got my BFP, off & on for a further 3 weeks.
As long as it's brown it's old blood (most likely it's from implantation), and light pink is ok as long as it's not lots.
Red blood and/or cramps worse than AF cramps is when you need to get checked over.

I know a lot of ladies spotted during the first few weeks of their pregnancy. Once it's brown spotting then there usually is nothing to worry about. As Heather said, mention it when you get you intake stuff done and see if they will do some checks for you.

I had spotting when I first got my BFP and a lot of it. As long as it doesn't increase, I'd say not to worry. Also, if you have DTD or recently had a transvaginal u/s that could be the cause. I'm surprised they didn't warn you. I had a transvaginal at 4 weeks during my last pregnancy and the tech told me if I spot a bit that day or a few days later, it was only from the wand messing with things and not to worry.

I spotted during both of my pregnancies.. With this pregnancy, I spotted around 5 weeks, it started off light pink and then turned to brown.. I haven't spotted since then.. I hope this helps ease your mind..

I spotted with Liam but at almost 20 weeks. The reasoning was that I was overdoing things at work and just needed to rest.
I spotted with Lochlann from the day before my BFP til about 8 weeks--this was brown, pink, and sometimes red.
Ironically, the only pregnancy I didn't have any spotting with was the one I lost. It was bright red, clots, and tissue from the get go with no warning.
I think this is something that is completely normal. I know even when not pregnant I can spot a bit after sex. And if you recently had a transvaginal u/s that could very well be the reason for it! Take it easy though!

As the girls have said there are lots of reasons for spotting early in pregnancy...I had early pregnancy spotting with this one because of a low lying placenta....they just kept an eye on me and at about 22 weeks it stopped completely because my uterus grew enough to move the placenta further up and out of the way! I'm sure everything is just fine!
