I actually got 2 different bedding sets for when I am in a different mood
One was on super clearance so I couldn't resist. So our main colors are blue and green. And it has an animal theme. It isn't too heavy on the theme though. The crib and dresser are an expresso color or close to it, and I am painting a bookcase a vibrant blue to go in the room. I also bought a toy organizer to store my cloth dipers in that is colorful. And then we are putting baby and family photos--both color and B&W--in black frames with white mat on the walls. It is going to look like a child's room, but hopefully with a touch of sophistication.

This will be one huge relief.
Totally we need progress pics! I am so excited that you are this close to having it done! You were so stressed about your whole house being "under redo" - and now look the room is almost done (how's the rest of the house? 
). As soon as we get our huge desk sold that is right now sitting in the nursery (we put it on craigs list and three people emailed right away and are coming to check it out)...I"m going to take progress pics. I called the painters and they are coming next week and then I just have to freakin' get my butt in gear and go look around at accessories, bookcases and what not. I'm kind of in freak out mode because nothing is done and I could have this baby early....but DH and my parents keep telling me its under control (cause they know they'll do it all when I end up in the bed or we end up with a baby sooner than later!
