Sorry I haven't updated sooner. Dh wouldn't let me call or text anyone in the middle of the night and I've been running off so little sleep today. Hospital has WiFi though!
Our son Matthew was born at 1:22 a.m. He weighs 7 lb 8 oz and is 20 inches long. He has some brown hair and blue eyes for now.
I was only in labor at the hospital for 2 hours and thank goodness for that, because I don't think I could have done it with no drugs otherwise. That is right, I am getting my medal, no pain meds at all! My doula was AWESOME.
I'll have to post the whole birth story soon. I can hardly believe our little guy is here. We are so in love. He is beautiful and perfect. David is so sweet with him and keeps exclaiming over how cute he is.

IUI 5/24- count was excellent, perfect timing.

Happy Birthday Matthew!!! Yeah Shannon - you did it girl - no meds! I cannot wait to hear the whole story and see pics of this handsome boy!!! He sounds like a good size baby for a tiny girl like you.....so you did awesome!!! Congrats to you and David!

Awww! Congratulations! I cant wait to see pics of little Matthew and hear your birth story! Im SO glad you got your natural birth! All you women doing it sucessfully lately are making me thing I can actually do it (when the time comes of course!) Great job Mommy!!

Cycle #1-9 - All Natural....5BFN's, 4BFP's (all ended in miscarriage)  Cycle #10-11 - Met with first RE, diagnosed with heterzygeous MTHFR mutation & slightly low SA on all counts. -BFN, Cycle #12 - First IUI+Trigger - BFN, Cycle #13 - BFN Cycle #14-15 - Met with new RE, diagnosed with a blocked right tube that previous RE completely overlooked or didnt care to mention. Two hours in the hospital.  The rest of the time I was laboring at home...SO glad I did it that way.
