So I had a whole big long update typed out and the internets ate it. BAH! Anyway...

I cannot believe Alice is already a whole week old! Time really flies when you are loving on a baby hehe. Poor little thing has been to the pedi every single day this week for weight and bili-level checks. We go back tomorrow morning as well... she was having some problems eating and lost ten percent of her birth weight I have been pumping loads and taking fenugreek to boost my supply, which is working so far. Alice will not take formula of ANY kind, so we are pumping and feeding EBF, as it is the only way she will eat. I do miss the bond of direct nursing, but as long as she is eating I am happy! The pedi appt. went well this morning- she gained a whole two and a half ounces from yesterday, and now measures 20 inches long! Woo!

In celebration of a week of her birth, I will share some pictures... because I am a mommy like that

I see so much of William in here, especially in the profile pics! She lookss so cute all zonked out! hehe... glad she's putting on weight but I'm sorry you have to be aat the doc everyday! get some rest too!
