Awww, what a cutie! And don't worry, it gets better. Those first few weeks are soo rough! It's such an adjustment, but then you get into a routine and it gets easy.

He is super cute! It will get easier. I remember thinking those first few weeks that I felt like the only Mama and all alone. I tried to tell myself at my middle of the night feedings that there were thousands of other mothers up with me doing the same thing. I took comfort in that.

He's perfect!! And it most definitely does get easier. I felt the same way with Conner and I wasn't even nursing but it was 24/7 work. Being a mom always is but it's gotten so much better now that he's sleeping through the night and taking naps during the day. Congrats again, he is so precious

he's soooo handsome!!
and it really does get easier. he'll settle into a routine (or at least something resembling a routine), you'll get more used to things, and it will all just work out. i was soooooo completely overwhelmed the first probably ... 6 weeks of ben's life? i really thought i couldn't do it, that i was so stupid for thinking i could handle a baby. but then...our nursing struggles got a little easier, i learned to read his cues better, and things just...got better. thinking of you, mama! i know how hard it can be!!

He's adorable Jen...the pics of you two sleeping are precious. Being a mommy get's easier every day and then all of a sudden they are big boys and girls and you wish they needed you 24/7 like they used to....I'm really getting sad hearing "I can do it myself" so often now that that DS is three and very independent!

He's so cute I love the ones of you and him together. I hope things get better for you (and me too), sometimes it is so frustrating when you've just gotten them fed and then suddenly they want to eat AGAIN when all you want is a few hours sleep. I just keep telling myself it really will not be like this for long and I will miss his little bitty days.

He's gorgeous!! And it usually gets better so hang in there! You're doing great and when he's a bit older you'll be able to go out and about and the feeling like you're missing out on things will disappear.

(((((huggles))))) It does get easier, as much as it feels like it wont. Once the 3 week growth spurt is past, you will be able to see a routine of feeding/sleeping settle in. It's hard work, you're right! But you can do it and are doing it! You're a wonderful mummy
I recall many midnight feeds done in the nursery with me in tears because I was so tired and wanted Kirsty to hurry up and finish so I could crawl back to bed. But now it takes her about 10-15 mins to feed through the night then she is straight back down. You'll get to this point too.
What time do you put him to his bed at night? I've always put Kirsty to her bed around 8pm, and go to bed (still!!) at 9pm. She is always up between 6 and 7am for the day and so my going to bed at 9pm enables me to get a decent (altho broken) sleep.
Try to go to bed early as well and get some rest.
