Does your body temperature overall {not BBT} tend to run higher or lower before AF. I have felt warm all day and my lowest non-morning temp has been 99.9. Should I be expecting AF, or should my temp be lower??

I haven't done the temping thing in a while and I just don't remember. Thanks!

My temp typically dipped the day I got AF or the day after. I always felt warmer (especially at nighttime) whilst I was Oing.

i usually felt warm all through the 2ww with warm temps. If one day I got the shivers I knew AF would show momentarily and would have lower BBT as well.

Temp drop = AF, no temp drop = preggo or still in TWW. That was how I was anyways.

My temps are typically pretty high post ovulation and then go down a day before or the day of AF. They've never been 99.9 though. Are you sick at all?

I have chronic sinusitis which might explain the fever. My BBT went down this morning and AF JUST arrived. At least all the waiting and wondering has been put to rest! Thanks girls!!
