YAY! I never thought the day would come that I could officially join you guys in Grads! I hope you don't mind but I'm going to skip over the TTC bit... because we're HAVING A HONEYMOON BABY!


Here's the long of it --

I was charting this cycle, but didn't have an alarm clock while on the cruise so I missed all of those crucial days. I normally O late, around CD18 so I told Ben we were 'safe' for the first few days after the wedding. He has had baby fever like crazy lately and even told my mom before we left he wanted a honeymoon baby. haha.

So I don't know how many DPO I am but was getting curious so I tested with my last IC before it expired in July. Nothing happened so I threw it under the counter. Went back a while later and definitely saw a second line, but I wasn't sure if it was a + or an evap. I wanted to ask Ben if he saw it but if it was a real bfp, I didn't want him to find out this way, so I sent him an email with this pic while we were both in the room together -



He got all excited asking if I was serious and I told him "I think? so..." and had him look at the test and he instantly saw 2 lines. It's always harder to tell when you take a pic and put it online, but I was on the phone with Lauren and she and Clint wanted to see so we managed this-



Then DH went out and bought aa 3 pack FRER. I didn't really hold my pee long b/c Ben, Clint and Lauren were insisting I "stop stalling" and "retest now!" haha. So I did... and within like a minute the second line came up. It's faint, but it's definitely there IRL. I don't know if you can see them in the photos.



I HATE HATE HATE that I don't know our EDD or whatever b/c we don't know what day I ovulated. If anyone wants to look at my worthless chart and give me a guestimate, here's the link

I'm totally in denial... feeling pretty crampy and worried that this isn't real or that it's a chemical or something. Wow!
