How's wedding stuff coming along? Your date is coming up fast! What do you have done so far?

Aww that's nice of you to ask Shannon! and funny because that seems to be all i talked about today! My aunt (who is making our cake) is coming to stay here for a month (she lives across country) so I'll be able to get my plans for the cake settled. And that makes me feel like at least I'm doing something...

I haven't bought my dress yet (I want to lose more weight first) but I've been looking around. Colors are all settled (red, black, and white). My mom picked up an archway (used to by my mom's friend's patio cover). It's wrought iron (sp?) and we're going to cover it with tulle, garland, etc and it will be what we are getting married under. unfortunately that's about it... we have some little stuff like flower petals, crystals and some decorations for the table & some bubbles to be blown instead of throwing rice... we also have some block letters that spell out "love is sweet" for our candy table... I need to finalize the guest list soon, so I know exactly how much of everything we need. right now I'm thinking if everyone that is invited comes, it will be around 80 people... I also need to call the caterer I want... he and my dad work at the same firehall so hopefully he'll be able to work out a good deal for us.

I'm just about to head out but when i get home I'll upload a pic or two of the dress(es) I like.
