blocked milk duct?

I has a sore booby But only on one side. It's hard in one particular spot and feel like the same pain as when your BBs are engorged... but only in that one spot. Does it sound like a blocked duct?

I searched online and because this is confined to one small spot, I'm unsure? The site said it would be inflamed at the spot but it isn't. It's just hard & sore like engorement. I just pumped and got 2oz off but it's just the same.

Any advice? I massaged whilst pumping.

Are you sure we aren't connected somehow?

I have the same thing going on in my right boob. It started yesterday. I think it's a clogged duct. I put warm water on it last night and massaged it. I figured mine was probably from me pushing the pump too much on my breast.

It's my right boob too!! On the outside where my arm rests aginst it. i pumpedanother oz after that post and it feels slightly better, now put kirsty on to really drain it.
