So on Friday, MIL told us about a house for rent that would work well for us and her and FIL. They do long haul trucking so they aren't home often but they would have their own space downstairs. We went and looked at it that night and fell in love! It is ALOT more space, and just perfect. 3 bedrooms on the top floor with a bathroom for the main bedroom and a bathroom for the boys. Living room, dinning room and a open kitchen to the family room. Nice back yard, two car garage... etc etc! Wonderful neighbour hood, close to James' work... well I could go on and on! haha
The catch is that we can't move there until the house my inlaws live in sells. They built a couple spec homes a couple years ago and they are finally putting theirs on the market this weekend, offering it to a couple people with out Realtor fees first!
The good thing is that the owner of the house that's for rent, fell in love with us and is willing to hold the place until July. We are really hoping that the in laws house sells so we can move in!
Please please cross your fingers that the house sells fast!! I'm SO ready to move!

The Realtor goes to their place on Saturday. Apparently there is nothing like their house in that area and he really thinks it will go fast. I certainly hope so!!
Me and MIL went driving with a list of places to rent/buy to check them out. The boys both fell asleep in the car so we got to do lots of looking around! I fell in love with one that is a couple hundred cheaper (amonth rent) then the other one. Just not to sure about the lay out and if it is doable for a suite downstairs for them. We need atleast a open area (rec room, living room etc) bedroom and a bathroom. At the very least. She's going to call him today It's also available for June but we are thinking July is more ideal.
Ahh I hope that house sells ASAP!
