how do you dial a pager?

Don't laugh! I have to dial a pager and I can't remember how. Do you call it, then put in the call back number, then press #? I can't even find anything when I google it.

Just dial the number like you would a phone number, then you will hear a recording that will prompt you to enter the phone number where you want to reached then press #. You will hear little beeps, that means it went through.

LOL. I had a purple and then a teal pager back in the day. My grandma didn't like it and said a 14 year old didn't need it unless she were selling drugs!
