I was watching a baby story today and the lady brought her own hospital gown!! How cool is that idea?!?! Would you spend $$ to get one, for a one time use? Or will you be rockin' it with the old school hospital gowns?? Here is the best site ive found so far (also $$)

I've seen that one!
For 95 dollars... heck no. I plan on wearing my own nightgown. If i need a c-section or something i'd rather wear whatever they give me since chances are i'll be a tad painful and yucky after.

I wore the hospital gowns since I was bleeding so much at first. But this time, I plan on just bringing sweatpants and a t-shirt to be more comfy.

No way! I got blood on my hospital gown. That's just way too much money for what you get too.

Here we take our own but I'd not spend $95 on one.

No way! I used the hospital gown when I had Liam. With Loch I just wore my jammies--one of dh's t-shirts and a pair of boxers. I think I stayed naked for a while after he was born before I could take a shower. Then once I showered I put on some yoga pants and a t-shirt. I'll probably do the same kind of thing for the next one since we plan to birth at home.

Well I guess thats a nay LOL I just thought it was a cool idea And yes, I wore the gown while my epi was still working, then once I could feel my feet I got up, took a shower and got in my own clothes.

NO WAY! $95??? That is way too much money. I would have still looked awful anyways. I could have cared less what I looked like while in the hospital. Actually I didn't care what I looked like for the first few weeks! The gowns are cute though..

I'm just going to the center in sweats and one of DH's t-shirts.. Oh and a sports bra so I can get in the jacuzzi, but like Anna said my midwives swear I'll be naked by the time I give birth.

I would much rather get blood all over the free hospital gowns. I went through two of them anyway.

i have a feeling i'll be naked. i'm one of those people who gets ready for work entirely naked and then throws cothes on at the last minute. i love being naked! LOL
those gowns are super cute though, i bet you could get a seamstress to make that for super cheap and you'd get to pick whatever fabric you like.
