I've always heard that it can. I hope everything is alright. Try and take it easy.

I'm doing a little better. The past few days were very stressful on me (marital "bliss"). I also think it's because I've been so busy I haven't been remembering to drink water between meals and I'm also having problems w/ my allergies. I'm not taking meds for them (I've been given the okay for that but most allergy/cold pills usually make my heart race, I'm worried about them making my milk supply even worse and I'm scared that they'll make me drowsy or too hyper to sleep), but I know when I was pregnant and had cold/allergy issues, I got dehydrated easily even when drinking tons and tons of water. I have one more big bottle of G2 so I should probably refrigerate that and give it a try since it helped a lot when I was pregnant. (Just remembered that...duh!)
