 When did that happen!!!!!
Technically in 20 days, if J.J tries to come out, they won't try to stop my labor. My poor heart just does not want to cooperate. I have been having really bad issues with shortness of breath and tachycardia (fast heart rate) which has been at resting, around 100. (I'm seeing the cardiologist very soon... I can't get in any earlier then June 3rd, apparently, old people who have smoked their whole life are more "frail" then a pregnant women.... go figure.) I've cut my work schedule to 3 days a week (25 hours per week) which seems to be helping a little, but not much. Showering, doing my hair and makeup in the morning is enough to make my heart just race to 140. Bleh!!! My blood pressure is still low though  (I love seeing my heart rate read 120, and then my BP read 85/52.)
My baby shower is on June 7th. My mom and Aunt are throwing it for me  I am really surprised that people are actually buying us the big ticket items -- especially with the economy and all. We are thrilled. Apparently, my baby shower is also a pool party -- so -- watch out! Shamu will be making a visit! (*giggles*)
DH is getting more nervous by the day. He is concerned he won't finish his 3rd year PhD paper before the baby comes. He is also really scared about becoming a dad. I think its finally hitting him now.
Other then that, I'm highly uncomfortable, and ready for this to be over soon. If my heart keeps being a poo-head, I have this gut feeling I am going to get induced at 37/38 weeks just to ease the stress off my body. I know my OB said she wanted to discuss that possibility at my next appointment (Which is June 5th)

Thanks Yes Angela on 31 w, 1 or 2 days it moves up a box. And yes you need to buy stuff! Find a babies r us and go nuts!
I swear JJ is gonna come early.... he is SO low in my pelvis, and he constantly it feels like it trying to find the exit lol.

That's kind of scary about your heart  Let us know what the doc says on the 5th!
You look amazing! It really does look like a basketball under your shirt  Congrats on the big ticket items being bought, that is awesome! Make sure to take and post lots of pics!!

I've been there with the heart issues, I had a halter monitor and then a King of Hearts monitor with both pregnancies - no fun!
Your bump sure does look cute, though!!

J.J might come in 17 days for all I know!! He is very antsy to get out I can tell. I can't tell you how many times a day I get "bumped" on my cervix -- like he is knocking at a door
I feel half-way out of work already -- I only work 3 days a week now. (It's so nice too!)

I know what you mean about the cervix kicks, thats Kennedis favorite kick spot..I however do not enjoy it!

Oh Nikki just wait, your entering the prime time for activity... when you thought those cervix kicks were painful.... just wait lol. I'm glad I'm getting into the running out of space time period cause i can't handle those cervix kicks... its like... well probably like a guy getting kicked in his stuff
