He started almost right away. We went to the doctors a few times and they blew it off saying it was normal spit-up without listening to us. He would "throw up" 6"+ projectile. I think it was around 2months that they started him on Axid(sp?) it was a liquid anti-acid it didn't help, they then switched him to Prevacid tablets, I had to break one in half(1/2 each dosage) and mix it into some water and then suck up the little pebbles/residue at the bottom of the cup and give him that. We did it for a few months, it helped but he still had occasions that he'd throw up. I stopped around 8-9mo but it wasn't' gone and we ended up in the hospital, we thought he was having seizures but according to the doctor(his pedi) it was some sort of acid reflux induced type of seizure so he was back on the meds till he turned 1 and we slowly took him back off and hes been good the last 2yrs.
I was told by lactation with Seamus that because of my over production and fast let down that when I nursed him I needed to sit back a little and not forward too much and it helped him not get as much at once so that he didn't have an issue with it coming back up too fast. He was also a cryer, he was in pain from eating and throwing up along with his Torticollis.
This was the result of one of his projectile vomits

I was sitting holding him looking at him and it went every where
