Update! How is Violet? How is Lily? How are you?

I'm good! We're all good! I guess I've been in lurker mode the past month or so. I've been super-busy since I went back to work and I've got to get back up to date on state regs because evidently a LOT of changes were made while I was on maternity leave. That and we also dropped a market and added a market so I'm suuuuuper busy. What little time I do have that isn't devoted to my girls, Lee or work, I'm working out or riding my bike. We bought me a new one last weekend and I'm LUH-VING it.

Violet, man, she is my super laid back lil muffin. She's sleeping 8 - 10 hours through the night, nurses like a champ, and looooves to hang out and watch the world go by (mostly her big sis getting into trouble, ha!). Lily is still as independent and spunky as ever but she's a great big sister. She loves to help me change Violet and every morning she gets up and the first thing she says is, "Good morning, Mommy Sweetheart. Can I kissy baby seester?"

Lee is not quite halfway through his training and he's really loving it. He's number one in his class so we are hoping that means he'll get to choose the plane he ends up on. If that's the case, we'll be moving to Pensacola, FL in about a 10 - 12 months.

Thanks for asking about me, girl! I'm definitely still around checking up on everyone (love the nursery by the way, totally beautiful and perfectly boyish), just not posting as much as I'd like these days.

Lily sounds like the sweetest big sister I hope Jack is laid back like Violet, but I am not gonna hold my breath, lol.

I so wish I had a bike! Our were stolen at our local university last year and I am still not over it. And now we are broke Oh well. That's awesome Lee is doing so well and is loving it. It is so important to love what you do, Dustin was a bear to live with when he hated his previous job.

Some days I wish I was on perpetual maternity leave and others I really appreciate the adult interaction. It's a balancing act for sure and it definitely helps that I work from home and get to make my own hours.

Lee didn't hate his previous job, I could just tell he was miserable because it wasn't very stimulating. He'd come home and it was like the lights were on but no one was there to answer the door, lol. Now it's hilarious when he tries to explain all of this crap to me about Nav aids, radar, etc, etc and I just nod my head and give him a blank look.

Lily sounds so cute! I cant believe she calls you Sweetheart!

And that is great about Lee being 1st in his class! I mean WOW! Pensacola would be so nice and warm...I hope you do get to go.
