I am fully convinced that my sitting on my birthing ball Wednesday night set-off my preterm labor. (I was on it cause my back was hurting).

So for those ladies wanting to get things moving -- sit on the birthing ball!!!

I don't have a birthing ball - but even if I did I'm not doing ANYTHING to get things moving till at least next weekend...I do not want her here any earlier than 37 weeks - we've made it this far and I'm not taking any chances

Maybe a birthing ball + a baby who actually wants to exit the womb is the winning combination? Because I used the birthing ball religiously from about 37 weeks onward and .... nothing.

My birthing ball did nothing either! It was the most comfortabe seat while I was in labor so it did come in handy.

I sat on mine all the time and it helped my baby get into position. She did come 3 weeks early too

hahaha.. That's so true..

I did EVERYTHING to get Adriana out.. That's why my inducement lasted 32 hours and I was just minutes away from a C-section.. They couldn't break my water.. I think if I wasn't induced for medical reasons, I would have gone to 41 weeks..lol

Hey it was a shot! That was the first time i sat on my birthing ball too. Few hours later I was contracting and heading to the hospital

It currently sits in my closet and i'm NOT going on it again until at least 36 weeks!
