JM is about to look different again. I'm not wild about it, but I hope you guys like it. Right now you can beta test it to try and get used to it and at least you'll have the option of going back and forth.

To switch to test it out... look at the bottom left hand corner of your screen and you'll see a drop down box that says "JM Classic" and you can switch it. Like this -

Yeah that's basically how I feel. I like the blue, I think it's soothing... but I could do without the extras on the right hand side. It makes the boards too small and just feels cluttered to me.

Oh it looks like....hmm whats the right word....cheap? and Juvenile? Like we should be talk about what Jonas Brother we like the best?

I use Firefox and have ad block so I don't see any of the ads. But it looks like we should be singing along to the Spice Girls...not talking about getting pregnant, giving birth and raising kids.

It also just doesn't feel very new user friendly to me. Like, we can figure it out because we've been using JM for a long time so while the look is different we're pretty much used to how things work. But I would think for a brand new member stumbing on JM... JM as a whole is HUGE and that can be overwhelming in itself - just trying to find what board you should belong to... and then throw in all the extras on the sides and how crowded looking it is and I just don't see how new members are going to want to jump right in, ya know?

I like the fonts, colors, and style but I don't like the added stuff on the side. The forum itself is small!

I agree, juvenile looking

Honestly its the layout I've seen on other boards that really turned me off

^ No I understand! Hey clint posts on here for me!

I'm trying to think of the specific forums but I know of two in my head that I specifically dont visit after I went a few times because I just hated the layout that much and it was so much like this one now
Its not enough to make me leave I guess... its not that big of a deal. Would I vote to keep the old though? Hell yes
