This has been such a crazy day! First dh calls and says his battery is dead and I need to come give him a jump so he can get home. The boys were still napping so I told him I'd come as soon as they got up. As soon as I heard them I went in and as soon as I opened the door all I smelled was poop. I thought I was going to have a doozy of a diaper to change but Loch thought it was a much better idea to take off his diaper and pee and poop ALL OVER HIS BED! It was absolutely disgusting! He has never done this before and Liam never did anything like that either so this was a first for me. So I had to pick up the big chunks, strip the bed (including the pillow), give Loch a quick shower, stick all the bed stuff in the washer before we could even head out. Then when we finally get in the car I see that my wonderful husband left me with ZERO gas! Ugh! I'm so glad it's almost bed time!

Oh no - and he just got the big boy bed, too! I can't believe that! Man, little kids sure think and do weird things. I wonder what mine will come up with at that age...

I wasn't mad just a little overwhelmed. As soon as I went into the room he gave me a big smile, waved, and said "Hi Mommy" like usual. I just looked at the mess and said "Lochlann, what did you do?" He got down to play thinking nothing of it, and all I could do was laugh at the situation. I just hope we don't have a repeat!
