The last few times hubby and I have BD, I spot the next morning. This time it is a light flow. Each time Ive passed a few clots as well (I figure its normal since this is my first cycle after the mirena) Could BDing just be shaking things up? Is this normal?

I know the paraguard made my cervix extremely sensitive. All the bleeding I've had this pregnancy is all coming from my cervix. I used to spot on and off all month after having the paraguard removed too. Maybe you're cervix is just irritable?

I never thought about the cervix....Since the mirena stopped my period for 2 years, the baby making gear is rusty...LOL
